From Excess to Energy: Carbon Copy with Indonesian Farmers
With over 25 million rural households relying on traditional biomass fuels, Indonesia needs to increase clean renewable energy uptake. Biogas digesters emerged as the most suitable renewable energy source to replace firewood stoves, but they are not being deployed fast enough. As a solution, su-re.co developed cheap and user-friendly biogas digesters. Witness su-re.co’s journey in developing the most scalable solution for the country through this video. This project is supported by IKI Small Grants and the Climate Collective.
su-re.co is an environmental think-do-be tank based in Canggu, Bali – Indonesia.
